When We Act as Controller and Processor 
Cariwebs will be acting as the “Controller” of the personal data you provide directly to us via a “Contact Us” form, when creating an account, or via other contact methods. You are not required to provide your personal information for purposes of navigating through the public areas of our website.

If you are an employee or an authorized user of one of our customers which have entered into an agreement with us for the provision of our products or services, we will be acting as the “Processor”of your personal data transmitted by our customer. Our customer will be acting as Controller of your information. As processor, we do not own, control, or direct the use of any data provided to us by our customers which act as Controllers.

Personally Identifiable Information

“Personally Identifiable Information” (or “PII”) refers to contact information that directly or indirectly tells specifically who you are, such as your name, phone number, company name, job, email, postal address, or any other information that could be linked to you with reasonable effort. We do not collect sensitive information such as location information (GPS), racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.

Why We Need Your Data 
We need to know the PII you provide to us directly in our capacity as controller for purposes of responding to your inquiry on our Contact Us web page and other contact methods. In addition, we need to know your PII to send you emails for other specific purposes and for sharing your PII for other purposes . We also need to know the PII of authorized users of our customers when we act in our capacity as processor for purposes of managing the authorized use of our services.

How We Collect and Use Your Data 
Cariwebs collects PII directly from you when you make an inquiry for an email reply on our “Contact Us” web page and other contact methods, and when you request that we send you emails. Before collecting your PII, you will have the option to give or withhold your consent for our sending you emails including our use of your PII for marketing emails to promote our products or products similar to our products or services. You may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing to our emails.

Cariwebs uses third-party applications to provide more helpful, personalized communication.
We may make full, unrestricted use of Usage Data for any purpose in our sole discretion, including without limitation, to customize re-marketing ads, offers and content made available to you based on your visits to and/or usage of this site or its services, and to analyze the performance of those ads, offers and content, as well as your interaction with them.

How Long We Keep Your Data 
We will not retain your PII for longer than required. This means that we will keep your PII for any or a combination of time periods described as follows: (i) for as long as required by law, (ii) until we no longer have a valid reason for keeping it, (iii) until you request us to stop using it, or (iv) for so long as our customer for which you are an authorized user remains a customer. In addition, we retain your Personally Identifiable Information to preserve history in Vendor Applications such as Microsoft Learning etc and to provide the ongoing ability to participate. When we delete your PII from our databases, it will remain in our backup system until it cycles out.

We may participate with third party analytics partners to monitor and analyze Web traffic and to keep track of user behavior on this site.

    • ‘Course’ refers to Cariwebs Learn online training course created and owned by Microsoft.
  2. Cariwebs Learn Training:

    • The Cariwebs Learn product is created and fully belongs to Microsoft. The customer gets the access through an on-demand course player streamed to his/her device.
    • Purchase of Cariwebs Learn Training allows the purchaser access to the online Portal for a period of 90 days or in some cases 180 (Always contact us BEFORE ordering if you need assistance or confirmation of Product Detail), calculated from the date of access code redemption. Unique Access code is sent separately Two to five business days following the purchase confirmation. (Some Titles are longer or Shorter , the Customer is responsible for ordering the Correct title.)
    • Labs Can range from 1 day to 5 days , 30 days or in many cases longer ,BUT before ordering PLEASE CONTACT us to ensure you know the length of your LABS, this is DIFFERENT from on demand Video.
    • Refunds are not available once your order is complete as the unique access code is being generated after you make the payment. We apply a no-return policy as the same is applied when purchasing access codes from Microsoft.
    • We are not responsible for the course content or streaming quality. Any issues should be address directly to Microsoft and its Content Providers.
  3. Purchase & Confirmation:

    • All prices are subject to change without notice.
    • Discounts on course can only be claimed at the time of purchase, prior to payment being made. Discounts will not be offered retrospectively. Multiple discounts cannot be applied to the same transaction.
    • Purchase will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment of fees. An order confirmation will be emailed directly to the e-mail address you provided in the registration process. Please contact us if you have not received your order confirmation or invoice within Five business days of making payment.

  5. Cariwebs Learn training material is created by Microsoft and is protected by copyright. It cannot be used by you, or any other party, without express permission. Cariwebs, being a Microsoft Certified Partner for Learning Solutions, has the right to sell Cariwebs Learn courses.
  6. Single Use:

Each Cariwebs Learn course comes with ONE SINGLE USE Access grant ONLY.
Sharing is strictly prohibited. Microsoft and their appointed designates have the right to audit and take any and all action to ensure Single Use access is enforced.
EACH User requires their OWN – MOC on DEMAND Access.

7. Prices

All Credit Card Payments carry additional Service Fees through the Electronic Payment Providers Gateways and your costs will be displayed. 8. Customer Product Selection

All Customers are responsible for choosing the correct products and options before order.

9. Accurate Billing and Contact Information

All customers must fill out ALL Accurate Billing and Order Data for Credit Card Payments and Product Orders , Including name , Country etc.
You must also Include your preferred email and contact number to contact you regarding your order (VERY IMPORTANT).
Failure to provide accurate Telephone and email contacts may slow down or prevent delivery of your order.
After your order is placed if you need order support and delivery updates – please send email to with information about your order
